To get started, head over to Xbox.com, find the game you want on its details page, and hit install. You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft Store; just make sure you’re logged in with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Standard, or Core membership to see the install option. If you’re downloading directly on your console, navigate to the Subscriptions tab in the Xbox Store, find the Free Play Days collection, and you’re good to go.
