Exciting news for Astro Bot fans on PS5! Today kicks off the first of a series of five weekly updates for the game, each bringing a new level and bot to rescue. The fresh installment, titled "Vicious Voie," introduces five new bronze trophies up for grabs. To earn one each week, simply complete the level and save a bot.
Details on the Free Astro Bot PS5 Update for February through March 2025
According to Team Asobi, these upcoming levels are intentionally tougher, designed to challenge the skills of even seasoned players. Unlike the last set, there’s no timer pressuring you, although thrill-seekers can still opt for the Time Attack mode to compete for a spot on the online leaderboards.
Here’s a quick look at what’s in store:
- Feb 13: Tick-Tock Shock
- Feb 20: Thrust or Bust
- Feb 27: Cock-A-Doodle-Doom
- Mar 6: Hard to Bear
- Mar 13: Armored Hardcore
In each of these new adventures, you’ll need to save a special bot, adding five unique bots to your growing collection. Just a heads-up: you need to have finished the original game to access these updates.
Like the earlier DLC Pack 1, all these levels are set to release every Thursday at 6 a.m. PT / 9 a.m. ET.
Additionally, if you’re a PS5 Pro user, you’re in for a treat with an upgraded version of Astro Bot now available. Starting today, you can enjoy the game at its peak resolution with a silky-smooth 60 FPS. Dive in and have fun!
